Hi! Bri, here! I am the founder of Break Free Fitness! (My husband, Joseph, helps too!) Break Free Fitness was formed because I have a passion for health and fitness and a strong desire to help and serve others.  I worked for another company as a personal trainer for years and helped over 4000 clients!  However, I want to serve clients in a more personal way that encompasses not only physical fitness, but also emotional support and encouragement and relatability. I found that, most of the time, I had the most success with clients who felt supported emotionally.  And let me tell you, as a personal trainer for high-ticket clients, people come with ALL KINDS of crazy situations and struggles!  And my previous job didn’t allow me the time to truly support people in the ways they needed for real change and success. Most online trainers are young, recent college graduates who recently got certified as trainers.  While they may be knowledgeable, they often lack relevant life experience to really relate to most of my clients and support them on an emotional level.  My husband and I have successfully dealt with marriage, death, divorce, moving, military life, cancer, raising children, anxiety, depression, and much more, all while maintaining healthy and productive lifestyles and we want to help our clients to do the same!  We bring all this experience and knowledge to the table to walk side-by-side with our clients through their health journey and the inevitable life challenges along the way.   Our goal is to connect with our clients, meet them where they are at, and motivate them to go farther than they thought they could!

We know that life can get you down, so we are here to pick you up!  Too many trainers focus only on your work outs and diets and counting macros (we do some of that too) but they forget about all the other aspects of your life and mental health that effect your ability and motivation to develop an overall healthy lifestyle.  Attaining a healthy lifestyle involves so much more than just working out and not over-eating.  We want to help our customers to be healthy by helping  them to work out right, eat right, and manage life’s stressors.  Our goal is NOT for a quick, drastic change that doesn’t last.  We aim to educate and motivate our community, and instill the right mindset, so that you can build a healthy, happy, active, and positive lifestyle for you and your family for years to come!
